How do I care for my Monix products with non-stick coating?
For a longer life of your kitchenware, please follow these guidelines:
Do not use any metal utensils when cooking, as they could scratch and damage the non-stick coating, thus compromising their properties.
Wash your cookware when warm to the touch and with the soft part of the sponge or the “no-scratch” type sponge.
Use the cookware on medium to low heat, as with their thermo diffuser bottom heat is better utilized. This translates into energy saving and extends the life of your cookware.
